Do I need a visa to travel to India?

Yes. The Government of India grants Tourist Visa to a foreigner who does not have a residence or occupation in India. The only purpose of visiting India should be recreation, sight seeing, casual visit to meet friends and relatives etc. Any activity other than the aforementioned ones is cognizable.

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

Panda Experiences allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 80 days before the start of the tour.
Low Deposit

Panda Experiences requires a minimum deposit of 25% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 80 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of Panda Experiences charges.

Up to 80 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of deposit
At 79 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 50% of tour cost
At 59 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 75% of tour cost
At 30 days before tour starts:	Forfeit 100% of tour cost
